Morgan died from a broken wire from her pacemaker to her heart
We spent all Morgans life doing our best to make her happy and keep her well as she was born with digeorge syndrome which led to amongst other things a serious heart condition. She was an inspiration to us all just so happy and brave but she was seriously failed in the end by birmingham childrens hospital

hi ya mo i just wanted to wish you a very merry xmas , i know you will be up there with your angel friends having a ride on santas sleigh and having a good time :) but i miss you so much angel , matt kayleigh and lewis are getting bigger now and i always talk about you to them , i sat in rosedale watching the play on thursday and i could still picture you there with your uniform on singing away , my hearts broken mo mo , its not broken because im poorly like you were its broken because your not here anymore , look down on us and keep us strong baby girl i love you so much and ill miss you forever xx
